Information we process
For signed-in scorecards, we process your account email and display name, plus the goals, habits, check-ins, reviews, and challenges you create. We use this information to operate your scorecard.
No sale, ads, or AI training
We do not sell scorecard data, use it for behavioral advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Optional ChatGPT connection
If you explicitly connect The Winning to ChatGPT, the scorecard details needed for the tool call you request are sent to ChatGPT so it can answer or carry out that request. The connection uses a separate OAuth consent flow and can be disconnected in ChatGPT's app settings. The Winning does not send scorecard data to ChatGPT unless you choose to connect and use that feature.
Retention and your choices
You can export your data or delete your scorecard from Data controls. Deleting removes your profile and associated scorecard records from the application database. We may retain limited technical records where required for security or legal obligations.
