What is stored
When you sign in, The Winning associates your account email and display name with the goals, habits, check-ins, reviews, and challenges you choose to create. The public sample does not create an account or save entries.
How it is used
Your scorecard data is used to provide your private dashboard and its calculations. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Using ChatGPT is optional
When you connect The Winning in ChatGPT, only the scorecard data needed for the tool call you make is shared with ChatGPT. The connection is protected by a separate OAuth consent step, and you can disconnect it at any time in ChatGPT's app settings. Without that explicit connection, The Winning does not send your scorecard entries to ChatGPT.
Your controls
Download a machine-readable export or permanently delete your scorecard data in the Scorecard's Data controls section. Deletion removes the account profile and associated scorecard records from the application database.
