The Minimum Viable Day

Many routines work only under ideal conditions. They are impressive plans and fragile systems. The minimum viable day is the compact version you can execute when time, energy, or circumstances are limited.

Define the floor

Choose one small action for health, work, and recovery. Make each concrete enough to finish and meaningful enough to preserve momentum.

The floor should feel almost too easy on a good day. That is intentional. You can always do more, but the minimum protects continuity.

Do not confuse minimum with average

A floor is insurance, not the target. Use it when conditions demand it, then return to the normal standard without guilt or compensation.

Winning is a process, not a moment.
